L’Oréal Skilled gives free D&I coaching to Canadian hair stylists


THE WHAT? L’Oréal Canada’s Skilled Merchandise division is about to launch a free on-line Range and Inclusion coaching program, accessible to all Canadian hair stylists, no matter their model affiliation.

THE DETAILS The French magnificence model reveals that some 50 % of Canadians have various hair sorts, labeled as sorts 1, 3 and 4, which require particular coaching to chop, color and style expertly. The coaching will span three years with six modules within the first 12 months centered on slicing, the second 12 months specializing in styling and the third 12 months on colour.
